You will encounter the need for negotiation and influencing skills in more situations than you might realise.
This course will help you identify when, where and how you can put these skills to use.
The following will be covered:

o Different approaches to negotiation
o Preparing for negotiations
o Negotiating in practice
o Influencing others
o Influencing tactics for a range of situations
This course will be helpful for anyone wishing to develop their negotiation and influencing skills, and especially for those in sales, management or liaison role.
