The Careers Group's Consultancy service helps organisations improve their performance in attracting, selecting and developing graduate talent. 

Our core competencies are the design and delivery of diagnostic and career development tools; our pan-sector knowledge of graduate recruitment and selection practice; our experience in conducting graduate surveys and labour market research; and our understanding of the interplay between students, universities and employers.
